errors for the first day of publication only.
All advertising is
subject to approval by the Publisher.
The Daily Press reserves the right to
reject, alter or omit part or all of any
advertising copy or
artwork at any time, even though the same shall have been
previously published
or funded.
The advertiser agrees that the Publisher shall not be liable for
damages arising out of errors in
advertisements beyond the amount paid for space actually
occupied by that
portion of the
advertisement in which the error occurred,
whether such error is due to the negligence of the Publisher’s
employees or
otherwise, and there shall be no liability for non-insertion of any
advertisement beyond the amount paid for such advertisement. This newspaper will not knowingly accept or publish illegal
material of any kind.
